Food was good but a bit pricy, room facilities are not upto to the mark, Room bed is also not king size, room is small. But they do good behaviour.

Bad experience, hotel says that extra bed is not in the booking but when i was booking it was clealy shows that extra bed charge is included, the room size was 160 sq ft showing at the time of booking but actual size was very small, it was a pathetic stay

Food was pathetic, staffs and their friends were drinking alcohol and shouting whole night in a ground floor hotel room which was making us in secure.

Location collection from google map. Foods quality good. But you staff behave not good extra money demand for late night coming and many more extra cash demand for extra matrix bed and behaviour is very bad. So next time when i travel i don’t go you hotel

Location was good for me, near to most of the diagnostics, kalighat temple, esplanade. Staff were also good and quite prompt in providing room services.

Smooth check in, well behaved staff, location is good, as per room price it's very small. One thing they have to improve that is room service which is very slow.

As i have booked for two days and checked in at 11 pm on the first day. And want to cancel booking for second day. They told that if my booking app is ready to cancel. They don't have any issues. But still i don't get any cancellation with repeated requests to the customer executive. So bitter experience, i will try to book through other apps next time onward s
